Falloween Costume Contest

We are so excited to see all the amazing children’s costumes at this year’s Falloween Costume Contest! We had so many fantastic costumes last year that we’ve put together a few guidelines to help keep the competition fun and organized.

Costume Contest Categories

Children may enter one competition/category based on their costume. Prizes will be awarded by our judges in the following categories:

• Original/DIY: Under 10yr & Over 10yr
• Scariest: Under 10yr & Over 10yr
• Pop Culture/Characters: Under 10yr & Over 10yr

Participation: Children participating in the costume contest must check in within 10 minutes of their competition start time and will receive an entry number.

Judging Criteria: Costumes will be judged on creativity, attention to detail, level of difficulty, construction quality and authenticity to the theme or character.

Need a little costume inspiration? Check out Spirit Halloween at Hillside Village for costumes, accessories and Halloween essentials.
